“My journey from Placement Student to Audit Director”
– MICHAEL ROBINSON
I’m Michael Robinson here. I started my journey at Audit Partnership on the placement programme as an Auditor, and have since progressed to my current role as Audit Director.
I joined Audit Partnership on the placement programme as an Auditor. Over the next ten years, I progressed steadily through the business in different Team Leader and Manager roles, across many Clients and industries. In May 2022, I was appointed to my current role of Audit Director.
I love many things about working for Audit Partnership, but number one is the people. I’ve been lucky to work with some great people over the years – enthusiastic, dynamic, hardworking, super-talented people who are the best in the business! The most rewarding thing is when you work closely with someone in your team to develop them and can reward this with a promotion – they are the best days! Aside from the people, I love my impact in shaping how we do our audits, staying cutting edge, maximising value for our clients, and delivering great results. In my role, I love going out to meet our Clients – it’s great to make personal relationships and spend time with them to understand their business and how we can help reduce leakage from their company.
We have a friendly, hardworking, and energetic work environment! Everyone is super supportive of one another. We work as a Team to achieve and celebrate our goals, congratulating and rewarding everyone who made it possible.
We have a robust company culture. We are all passionate about doing our best job, but we also want to have fun and enjoy what we do. We have a flexible approach to everything we do—whether it’s an employee who needs to leave early to pick up their children or a Client who needs a report urgently, we go above and beyond to make it happen!

“Outstanding Training set the foundation for my career growth”
– SANDHYA ADHIKARI
Since December 2021, I, Sandhya Adhikari, have been navigating the world of audits at Audit Partnership Nepal. Now, I steer the Audit Group as its Team Leader.
I joined Audit Partnership Nepal in December 2021, as an Analyst. My training was very structured and organised, a great experience. I was soon delivering training to new joiners and privileged to become the global employee of the month for March. During August, I was promoted to Team Leader. There were a series of onshore visits during the journey, from which I got opportunities to learn new working approaches. Currently, I am continuing as a Team Leader, leading a group of 7 people.
Becoming a Team Leader could have been challenging, but working alongside a supportive management team and enthusiastic colleagues made my work fun and insightful.
Audit Partnership brought a unique opportunity for growth in my career. All the experiences I have gathered from Audit Partnership have enriched my professional skills and helped my growth as an individual. A homely environment and supportive management team are something I treasure the most. I enjoy the flexible working environment that allows us to balance our personal and professional lives. As a Team Leader, you learned that everyone has their own unique skills and that there is something to learn from everyone. I enjoy connecting with people globally and sharing ideas with the team members.
When people with ideas and a willingness to learn get along, the workplace becomes an open library. That is the environment of Audit Partnership. Everyone is willing to help each other and share the unique knowledge they acquire. Our environment allows us to open up to unique ideas. Besides work, refreshments, short breaks, and open platforms allow people to unveil their hidden talents.
Flexible working hours and a friendly culture can be rare in other organisations. People are given an open platform to share their ideas, and we are constantly moving ahead with the motto of placing the right person in the right job. We welcome changes and adapt ourselves to them.
“My remarkable growth as a Solutions Architect”
– ANIL SHAH
Myself, Anil Shah, began my career in data engineering at Audit Partnership.
My time at Audit Partnership has been remarkable, filled with growth and exciting challenges. Before joining this fantastic company in February 2023, I worked at a different organisation where I felt limited in resources and opportunities to explore and implement my ideas fully. However, my decision to join Audit Partnership has proven to be a turning point in my career.
At Audit Partnership, I found a company that values and fosters innovation. The supportive work environment allowed me to flourish and gave me access to the necessary tools and resources to excel in my role. The freedom to work on my ideas and initiatives has been a game-changer, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to the projects I am involved in.
One of the defining moments in my journey here was when I got to work on a substantial project called “Discover™”. This project presented unique challenges, and I embraced it wholeheartedly. The trust and confidence shown in me by my team and superiors were motivational and enabled me to deliver my best work.
Through hard work, dedication, and the continuous support of my colleagues and mentors, I had the privilege of being promoted to the position of Solutions Architect. This milestone in my career was a testament to the growth-oriented culture at Audit Partnership and the belief in nurturing talent from within the organisation.
What I love the most about working at Audit Partnership is the recognition of employees’ efforts and hard work. Being appreciated for my hard work through the “Above and Beyond” award in May was a particular highlight of my time here. It further fuelled my dedication to contributing to the company’s success.
The culture at Audit Partnership stands out for its inclusivity, encouragement of ideas, and emphasis on teamwork. I feel fortunate to be a part of a team that collaborates, supports one another, and celebrates each other’s successes.
In conclusion, my experience at Audit Partnership has been transformative, providing ample opportunities to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. I am immensely grateful for the trust and support I have received here, which has allowed me to progress from a Data Engineer to a Solutions Architect and reach new heights in my career.

“My favourite thing is our company culture”
– Hariharankutty P J
I am Hariharankutty P J, I’m working as an Analyst for the Supplier Claims Team.
I initially joined Audit Partnership as a recovery analyst. The training I received was very well organised and informative. The opportunities for growth and development have been abundant, allowing me to not only excel in role but also to expand my skills and knowledge.
All the support that I received from my colleagues and superiors have allowed me to show impressive performance in the work that I do, which paved the way allowing me work as an analyst.
My favourite thing about working here is the culture carried out by the company, that creates a sense of comradery among the employees.
About my role, the autonomy and trust I’m given to take ownership of projects and make meaningful contributions. It allows me to leverage my skills and creativity to tackle challenges on my own.
As for my team, I love the diversity of perspectives and expertise that each member brings to the table. We support each other to move forward and excel in our work.
The work culture here in Audit Partnership is amazing. It creates a supporting environment where we can collectively strive for excellence and celebrate each other’s achievements. From brainstorming sessions to team bonding activities, everyone is genuinely invested in each other’s success.
Something that stands out at Audit Partnership has to be its flexible working hours and a comfortable working nature. It also allows us to learn from our mistakes. Everyone is given the opportunity to express their ideas and opinions, which allows employees and the company to grow.
“Fantastic Benefits, balancing my personal and professional life”
– JIGYASA PANT
It’s been 19 long but short months since I, Jigyasa Pant, held one of the Analyst positions at Audit Partnership.
Since starting my job with ten other fellow employers in January 2022, it’s astonishing to see 100 plus employees in such a short period. The company’s work culture, benefits, and allowances are significant reasons for this success.
Moving across departments and working with multiple clients was a roller coaster ride, which made me even more competent and confident in my job. The immense support of co-workers, mentors and onshore made the work relatively smooth in a short stretch. The aid fellow team members give at any time is another significant part of working here.
The cherry on the cake is the flexibility in working hours and holidays, even on Sundays, which we only get in a few companies in Nepal. As an employee of this multi-national company, I have balanced my professional and personal life without much stress.
Workplaces must be happy and homely for employees to work effectively and efficiently. The environment here seems so warm, and all the co-workers are excellent, which has made Audit Partnership a home away from home.
“Global Opportunities and ambition for growth”
– DEIVIDAS NAVICKAS
My name is Deividas (David) and I am the Audit Team Leader for a leading UK grocery retailer.
I joined Audit Partnership in 2020 as a Placement Auditor. Over twelve months during my placement year, I had an opportunity to work across different audit departments and Clients which helped me develop a much broader understanding of the audit process and how different, yet conceptually similar audits, operate within the company. The exposure to other departments has been a challenging and rewarding opportunity as it ultimately increased my knowledge and understanding of processes across the industry.
After a successful placement year, I was offered the opportunity to continue working part-time during my final year at University which enabled me to continue my learning journey, while contributing to business growth. After returning from a short break, I decided to prove my worth, push myself to work hard, and take every opportunity within the company. Not long after, I was promoted to a Senior Auditor position and given a small team of auditors to work with. That opportunity, that came to me as a test, went well because a few months later, I was promoted to Audit Team Leader.
Since becoming a team leader, I have been allowed to visit one of the company’s global offices in Bangalore, India, which has been a highlight of my employment so far. Thinking that the company trusts you to deliver is a reward and achievement. I am always eager to learn, do, and give more. The journey has been a fantastic experience, as I was exposed to different cultures, people, nature, and all. I took this trip as a learning opportunity for myself, my colleagues, and my team.
What excites me about working at Audit Partnership is its ambition for growth. Such information tells a lot about the company, its employees, and its culture. Of course, you have the perks of working from home, flexible working hours and duvet days, which everyone loves, but ultimately, it is the ambition for growth that drives one to aim for more and achieve more. With growth comes opportunity, with opportunity comes promotion, with promotion, comes recognition and with recognition comes satisfaction. There is always room to learn and grow within the company, that is what I like about working here.
